Chalk about

Chalk About

Hey! We have now seen the show Chalk About. This piece was about the characters history, how they found happiness in each other and what they had gone through so far in life. The play depicts how we want others to look at us, and it shows how well we really do care about what others think.

There was a man and a woman on the stage. They had different ethnicity. They used chalk to tell their story. It was also used balloons and fabric. The dancers dew on the floor they danced on. This was a nice effect. I thought it was great how they drew out their story, and eventually it was only whispered out to make room for more memories. As a picture of how nothing lasts forever.

The play consist of dancing, drawing and talking. The dancers talked a lot and included the audience. This I think the younger spectators thought it was fun. The play were interesting and I thought it was very funny, especially the start. I, Hue and Sigrid saw this piece together, everyone thought it was entertaining and playful.
